Nick Stoop
Nick Stoop spent ten years at the world’s largest asset manager, BlackRock.
He started investing his own savings in 2013 into listed companies that put people and the planet on a level playing field with profitability.
In 2019, he was looking to invest his pension savings into positively impactful strategies but wasn’t able to find the underlying fund solutions he sought on existing workplace pension platforms, so he started to build Pangea to provide a solution to all. His entire pension is now invested into positively impactful funds.
In this episode ...
Today I’m speaking with Nick Stoop, founder of Pangea Impact Investments - a company that’s trying to change something most of us rarely think about. Where our pensions are invested, and what that money is actually doing in the world. In this episode we get practical and brave about money - banks, pensions, and the difference between light green labels and deep green impact, so our savings can serve the living world as well as our future selves.
